How to stay organized when you feel like the World is spinning around you

These days when it seems like instead of 24 hours we only have just 16, it is crucial we stay organized. And staying organized is really not that hard, there are some easy steps you must follow and incorporate into your daily routine and lifestyle.

"Have a time and place for everything, and do everything in its time and place, and you will not only accomplish more, but have far more leisure than those who are always hurrying"
Now, I admit I am an organized person since my childhood so talking about this topic really isnt't hard for me. My tips are the ones I follow myself and I find they really help me to get things done and dusted when life gets a bit hectic.

TIP 1: write a TO- DO list. Daily, if required.Try to make a map of your day, plan each step of your day, and most importantly stick to that plan. This is a good method to not forget anything that needs to be done on that day.

"Time management is really a misnomer- the challenge is not to manage time, but to manage ourselves. The key is not to prioritize what's on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities"

TIP 2: Planning your day is really helpful but planning your week is also very important. By that I don't mean you need to know every details what's going to happen on the upcoming week, that seems highly impossible, but you can plan your days such as: Mondays are for training, Tuesdays you cook and clean the house maybe, Friday you go out with friends for dinner, or something like this. Whatever suits your lifestyle , work program and personality. And again, you must stick to these plans, more or less at least, so you already know where you have time to stick in the unpredictable events.

TIP 3: traing your mind again procastination. We are all guilty of that. Our mind likes to convince us that we still have time, maybe tomorrow we will finish that task, that to-do thing, but really, finish that task today so you are free later, or tomorrow. Sooner or later that job needs to be done, so why not sooner than later?

" Do it now, you will thank yourself later"

TIP 4: start to prioritise your to-do list. By that I mean some things are more important to be done than others, so start ticking those out of your list first.

TIP 5: you are your own boss, the manager of your day. It is just you and nobody else. Nobody will make things happen for you, you have to get them done. So embrance this idea as soon as possible, because it will  help you out in the process of learning how to stay organized.

TIP 6: focus at just one task at a time. Focusing at just one task at a time will help you finish it faster and achieve a better result, because you give all your attention to just one thing, one idea. Then go on to the next one, and so on.

TIP 7: when you really need to get things done, forget about Facebook, Instagram, e-mails etc. Turn off the volume of your phone, don't let anybody or anything distrub you from your concentration. At the end you can 'reward' yourself with 5 minutes of social media, good idea?

TIP 8: Be a morning person, it takes some time to get used to it but once it becomes a habbit you will never turn back. Waking up earlier in the morning, is way of winning a couple of extra minutes or half an hour to get some extra stuff done. You will feel more productive during the day, at
least I do..

These are my tips for staying organized and being your own Boss of your days and time. Try to incorporate these tips in your life step by step, they will become so normal after a while, that they wont't feel like an effort to remember and to maintain.

I hope these tips will help you start organizing your week as of today, the first day of the week.
